HC Abla El Saghira - 2010 Straight Egyptian mare, (Ali Reshan by Ruminaja Ali x Ravenwood Sensation by Ravenwood Majesty), Dahma Shahwaniyah strain, Saghira’s sire, Ali Reshan, earned numerous Breeding Stallion Championships, as well as a National Top Ten Futurity Halter Champion title during his show career.  His dam being a granddaughter of *Bint Maisa El Saghira and a daughter of The Egyptian Prince, such maternal lineage is the foundation for many, many remarkable Straight Egyptian horses.  Saghira’s dam, Ravenwood Sensation, a charismatically beautiful, powerfully moving broodmare, carries a blend of Gleannloch, Rancho San Ignacio and EAO bloodlines with strong influences from the Medallela (granddam of Moniet El Nefous) family and a tail female line to Farida, through Gleannloch’s Abla daughter, *Somaia.  With a genetic heritage saturated in quality, Saghira’s large black eyes, abundantly extreme head type, substantial correct body conformation, flagging tail carriage, strong balanced movement and affectionate curious desert disposition, we look forward to her contributions as a breeding mare at the completion of her show career.
